This site uses Google Analytics (Google Tag ID: G-3W98Y8H7NX) to understand how visitors use the site. Form submissions on this site are processed through Netlify Forms, which stores submission contents and basic metadata to deliver the message to us and to filter spam.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Client records are retained for the duration of representation plus the period required by professional, tax, and legal obligations.

11. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Hockey representation often involves players under the age of 18. We collect personal information about minors only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have collected information from a minor without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
